How long will it take to receive my order?

Each candle is poured with love and care, so please allow 3-4 business days for processing. After your candle has been crafted and inspected, it will be shipped straight to you. Delivery usually takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! I’m happy to provide free shipping on all orders within the USA, CA, UK, and AUS. It’s my way of saying “thank you” for choosing Mabel’s Candles and supporting my small business.


Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your candle is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will help you keep an eye on your candle’s journey from my workshop to your home.


What is your return policy?

Your happiness is my priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your candle, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Please make sure it’s unused and in its original packaging. Do you ship internationally?

I sure do! I’m excited to ship my candles worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. If you live outside the USA and want to place an order, just let me know—I’m happy to help!


How should I care for my candle?

Candles are a beautiful way to bring warmth into your space. Here are some tips:

  • Burn Time: The first time you light your candle, let it burn until the top layer of wax is fully melted to avoid tunneling.
  • Trim the Wick: Keep the wick trimmed to about ¼ inch before each burn to ensure a clean, steady flame.
  • Safety: Place your candle on a heat-safe surface and never leave it unattended while burning.

Can I cancel or change my order?
